The first eye care tip is to give your eyes enough rest, and taking a break every hour from your computer work.

Next tip deals with diet. First, ensure that you drink enough water to hydrate your body and your eyes. Do not wait until you feel thirsty, as at that time, your body will already be dehydrated. I personally drink a gallon of water a day as I exercise a lot, so even if you don’t exercise, you should aim to drink at least half a gallon a day. Supplement the hydration with nutritious food that helps eye health such as carrots, kale, spinach and squash.

The final tip is to give your eyes enough exercise everyday. A simple exercise is simply to rotate your eyeballs in its socket for a couple of minutes. Then go up down, and then left right for a couple of minutes. Take a solid object and focus your eyes on it. Vary the distance and location of the object in front of your eye, and use your eyes to focus on the object without moving your head. The best advice is still to get rid of your glasses, and seek to regain your natural perfect eye sight. I have thrown away my glasses several years back, and was thankful that I am saved from a lifetime of eye wear inconveniences and costs.
