2. Use natural aids to treat common eye problems. Dip cotton pads in chilled water and place on closed eyes for 10 minutes to sooth tired eyes. You may also put sliced cucumber or potato over your eyes to treat and get rid off those dark circles around your eyes.

3. Relax your eyes. Never get hooked on the computer for more than an hour. In any case you cannot avoid staying long in front of the computer, try to get up and take a walk around the office or room every hour. Give your eyes a break.

4. Try to avoid self-treatment of eye problems as much as possible. You need to be extra cautious before dropping any over the counter eye solution into your eyes. What appears to be a normal eye-strain can lead to severe eye problems or even blindness if treated the wrong way.
