Vitamin C should also be taken regularly.

But in that case you will have to ensure that the directions, which come with the lenses, are strictly adhered to. Remaining clean and hygienic is necessary to maintain healthy eyes. Sunglasses are also a good idea during summer. These protect your eyes from UV rays as well as pollution.
