“How to improve vision” — it’s a set of words that thousands and thousands of people type in their Google search box every year. These countless searches are a reflection of a deep human desire to regain the vision gift with which they were born. After all, your good vision is a birthright and not something that you ever wanted to lose.
Is it possible to achieve eyesight improvement quickly? Well, yes, there are many pathways to better eyesight and an entire vision industry to fill that demand.
But, what if your goal is to immediately improve your eyesight without the use of eye glasses, contact lenses, or vision surgery? Are there ways to improve vision naturally? For many individuals, the answer is a resounding ‘YES’.
If your eyesight problems have been labeled with the terms myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, glaucoma, and even cataracts, there is a good chance that the root cause of your poor vision lies in chronically tight eye muscles.
Is this true for your eyes? Here’s how you can prove this yourself:
Eye Relaxation
Before you begin this activity, find something in the room which you cannot quite see clearly. Notice how it looks to you, and store this in your memory.
Next, get into a comfortable position where you can place your hands over your eyes (to block out all light). Rest your elbows on a table, if necessary, as your hands will remain in place for 5 minutes. Make sure you are not straining your shoulders, arms or neck.
Next, imagine a peaceful scene or recall a memory that brings you great relaxation. Go to this place in your mind and stay there for the next 5 minutes.
Once you have comfortably remained this way for 5 minutes, uncover your eyes and look at the object you selected before beginning this exercise. Amazing, isn’t it?
