1 Find your local eyeglass retailer or the original store where you purchased the glasses. Most stores sell the same frames and usually never ask for proof of where you bought your frames.
2 Bring your glasses in with you and wait for a store associate to assist you. Tell them the problems you are experiencing with your frames (i.e. frames are bent, screws are loose, or one of lenses dislodged)This is also a good time to have your frames re-aligned, as repetitive use changes the wear of the eyeglasses.
3 The associate will then adjust your frames, try them out on your face, polish them up and send you on your way.
