According to the Lions Club International website, 153 million people have uncorrected refractive errors. Most of these vision problems are quickly diagnosed and easy to treat with corrective eyeglasses. The Lions Club collects millions of eyeglasses each year and recycles them for just pennies. Instructions

2 Call the selected Kennett Square drop site for hours of availability before making your donation. Most Lions Club eyeglass program partners take donations during normal business hours.
3 Drop off your used eyeglasses at any Lions-sponsored collection boxes in your community. These locations often include schools, libraries, community centers, places of worship, optometrist offices, coffee shops and other social gathering places.
